Mindful Meditation Groups

Our online, confidential mindful meditation groups are a helpful asset in addition to therapy or other forms of self-improvement. Sometimes it is hard to find time to do these practices on your own or even know what to do or where to start, so Spring Creek Counseling is here to help. Anyone, anywhere, whether a current client of Spring Creek Counseling or not, can join these virtual groups. This means that anyone from anywhere can join and benefit from these mindful meditation groups.

Our mindful meditation groups are designed in 6-week series with one 20 minute session per week.
