Lindsey Hall-Menendez

Director, LMFT, MMFT

Hi there. My name is Lindsey. I am a Marriage and Family Therapist. I earned my degree at Utah State University (Go Aggies!) and love the landscape of the mountains year-round, but especially in the early summer and fall.

Sometimes, it can feel like life has the reigns. My hope is to help you become the author and illustrator of your own narrative as you explore your story, despite life sometimes producing unknowns. I understand that this will take hard, sometimes uncomfortable, work. I will be here with you, walking with you, supporting you, delving into your work with you without judgment.

I feel deeply honored to collaborate with a diverse group of clients who take the courageous step into therapy. My greatest goal is to help clients find authentic connections, whether that is with themselves and their own emotions, in their relationships, or on their quest to find peace.

I practice from a mostly eclectic modality including techniques from attachment, emotion-focused, experiential, family systems, mindful, narrative, and trauma-informed theories. I am EMDR trained.

I’m looking forward to meeting you and discovering the change, growth, and healing that is in store for you.

“At any given moment you have the power to say, ‘This is not how the story is going to end.’” -Christine Mason Miller
