DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?

We do not accept insurance. We do accept debit and credit card payments. We can provide you with a superbill if you wish to submit therapy visit payments to your insurance for reimbursement depending on your benefits.

WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?

Although we do not accept insurance, we do offer a very competitive rate. The current rate is $100 per session. Mindful meditation groups are $10 per session.

WHY DON'T YOU TAKE INSURANCE?

Insurance creates a lot of limitations. It limits the number of services you can receive, the amount of visits you can have, requires a diagnosis even if a diagnosis is not appropriate for the situation, and puts these diagnoses on your permanent medical record. These are some of the reasons we have decided not to partner with insurance.

HOW DO I KNOW IF I NEED THERAPY?

Good news: therapy can be for everyone! We all have times in our lives when it would be helpful to talk to someone. Sometimes we know this because we want to see growth, are seeing repeating patterns we want to change, dealing with relationship issues, carrying stress, struggling with mental health, moving through life transitions, or just want a place to process life with a trained professional in a nonjudgmental environment.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT OUT OF THERAPY?

While we will spend time setting therapeutic goals together when we first meet, often times these goals transform as you transform. We are here to support you as you explore your mind and heart. We bring our expertise to sessions, but we are also very careful to make sure you have a place to talk about what is weighing on you. We believe that you are the expert on you so we make sure to use our professional expertise to help your personal expertise thrive.

DO YOU OFFER VIRTUAL SESSIONS?

Spring Creek Counseling is pleased to offer telehealth sessions to clients around the nations as well as in-person sessions to clients in Cache Valley.

DO I HAVE TO BE A CLIENT TO JOIN A MINDFUL MEDITATION GROUP?

Anyone from anywhere can join our mindful meditation groups whether you are a client of Spring Creek Counseling or not! Contact us to sign up or ask more questions.
